Our client in Advisory builds positive legacies for the communities in which they work. They advise and solve complex problems and collaborate to create positive change.

Their broad portfolio of work could see you preparing a strategy or a business case to managing a complex transaction to procure the delivery of major transport infrastructure, hospital or other piece of social infrastructure, or helping government to design and implement new policies within various social purpose disciplines.

If you are pragmatic, collaborative, are able to synthesize complex information and have experience advising on projects in the transport, health, property, finance, utilities or mining sectors we would like to hear from you.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE.

Due to our success and ongoing growth, they require high quality Advisors to join the team and help contribute to our success.

Their Advisors work on large policy and infrastructure projects and programs across their full lifecycle, with a particular focus on definition; feasibility assessments; business case development; procurement and transaction management; claims and contract administration; project management; and operations and maintenance.

ABOUT YOU.

  • Have a passion for helping government and private clients solve their most complex problems

  • Excel at building relationships and guiding large and complex projects and programs through complicated stakeholder environments

  • Be adept at working within established organisational and project structures but confident in developing and defining new systems and processes to achieve client outcomes

  • Be a good industry partner who is committed to achieving great team outcomes and putting the interests of our clients first

  • Learn quickly and easily understand complex information

  • Have an eye for detail and be comfortable navigating and distilling large amounts of information

  • Respond well to competing demands on your time and generally work at a brisk pace, sometimes across multiple engagements

  • Take on leadership roles comfortably but have the confidence to allow others to take the lead to achieve the desired outcomes

  • Enjoy working with and managing multi-disciplinary technical and commercial teams

  • Efficiently process numerical and other data to reach conclusions and communicate this to others using your outstanding written communication skills

  • Make considered and timely decisions and, if need be, make them under pressure
