Production Manager

Responsiblities:

• Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly production plans are executed to meet customer demand while maximizing productivity, efficiency, and machine utilization.
• Oversee production planning and resource allocation, including manpower planning, workforce scheduling, and coordination with Supply Chain to ensure material availability.
• Manage and develop production teams, providing leadership, coaching, performance management, and fostering a safe, high-performing work environment.
• Drive quality, safety, and compliance, ensuring products meet quality standards and manufacturing operations comply with HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize manufacturing performance through continuous improvement initiatives, cost control, waste reduction, and process optimization.
• Manage inventory and equipment reliability, overseeing raw materials, finished goods, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor operational KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and other departments while providing regular production reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Relevant certifications may be advantageous.
• Proven experience in production management, typically with at least 5 years of experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control methods.
• Familiarity with production and inventory management software.
