Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ensemble-based modelling studies in collaboration with internal and external clients.

• Partner with subsurface teams, providing training and mentoring on uncertainty-centric ensemble-based modelling practices.

• Support the development and quality control of reservoir engineering solutions, offering feedback and testing new releases.

• Collaborate with industry experts, product managers, and developers to shape software products.

• Contribute to company culture, work practices, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• MSc in reservoir engineering, petroleum engineering, or geosciences.

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in geomodelling/reservoir engineering within an E&P or oilfield services company.

• Proficiency with tools such as Petrel and flow simulators (e.g., ECLIPSE).

• Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn and share knowledge.

• Strong analytical, structured, and proactive problem-solving skills.

• Energetic team player with a willingness to travel.

• Programming skills (e.g., Python) are desirable.
