Lead Supply Chain Team of total 16 persons- 3 purchasing, 5 Customer Service, 1 Planner, 7 Warehouse
Reports to the Managing Director and functionally to Asia Supply Chain Director
Overall responsible for daily supply chain activities including warehouse, Import & Export, procurement, planning, logistics. And keep compliance with corporate and local HSE requirements
Working as a communication and coordination bridge between customers, sales and related functions in operation internally and externally.
Strong leadership and build up sustainable and effective system to achieve team target align with corporate strategy.
Build up effective management system to guarantee lean warehouse in stock precise, timely and delivery.
Customers monthly demand/ products supply planning management in SAP, Production capacity planning for both short term and long term, material planning timely and effectively at the base of closely chasing of reasonable stock level.
To keep customs clearance in compliance with the local code, take the abilities of customs clearance policies and issues;
Develop effective and continuous improve procurement platform to achieve sustainable, stable supplier system.
Work with team and concerned functions to control the inventory level in align with production and sales demanding met, maintain an optimized inventory level to achieve the target of inventory accuracy and inventory turns.
Manage domestic logistics, optimize logistics cost and service.
Develop staff within all level of supply chain organization. Monitor ongoing performance and improve performance against set goals.
Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ, especially for forklifts in warehouse.
