Develop segment specification plan to achieve the allocated specification sales target
Responsible in building project pipelines for field sales follow up
Identify key projects and specify product offerings to stakeholders
Drive high level talks on topics such as climate change, sustainability, energy efficiencies and etc to relevant Government agencies or Statutory Boards
Plan specifications activities such as social media developments, visits, seminars, lunch presentations and educational talks to relevant stakeholders
Upkeep CRM system data hygiene by planning daily activities and building project pipeline through CRM system
Support marketing initiatives and product launches to specification stakeholders
Ensure specified projects are constantly updated and coordinated between the field sales to order to convert specified projects into sales revenue
Collect market intelligence concerning competitions, trends, and changes in the market
Access client’s needs, explain, demonstrate, and propose right solution and product offerings to stakeholder
