Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and guide a sales team of 5 covering project sales and showroom operations.
• Drive business growth across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
• Work closely with Architects & Designers (A&D), developers, contractors, and key stakeholders to promote and the company’s products.
• Follow up on specified projects and convert them into sales, ensuring strong project pipeline conversion.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts.
• Support showroom activities and ensure alignment between retail/showroom and project sales channels.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within the building materials and interior fit-out sector.
Requirements
• 8–10 years of experience in building materials or interior products (e.g., decorative surfaces, flooring, panels, laminates, etc.).
• Proven experience leading and developing a sales team.
• Strong network with A&D firms, developers, and contractors in Hong Kong / GBA.
• Experience in project sales and specification management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
