Duties & Responsibilities (Main Tasks)
- Ensures that Environmental requirements and regulations are followed
- Ensures keep responsibility in ensure to use safe work practices for safety and health that comply with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation
- Ensures that the anti-bribery management system is effectively practiced within the scope of work, including the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and regular review of relevant policies and objectives to adequately address the organization’s bribery risks.
Corporate Communications
Content Creation & Editorial Support
- Strategically plan and develop high-impact corporate content tailored for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with the Group’s vision, tone of voice, and business priorities.
- Produce and refine a wide range of written materials including press releases, speeches, corporate messages, thought leadership articles, Q&A decks, newsletters, and digital copy.
- Serve as the in-house storyteller, translating technical or operational content into engaging narratives that reflect the company’s brand identity and positioning.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand communication objectives and craft targeted content that supports key business goals or change initiatives.
Media Relations & Publicity
- Support media engagement efforts including media monitoring, media list management, press kit development, and coordination of interviews or media events.
- Monitor daily media coverage and compile regular press clippings and sentiment analysis reports.
Internal Communication Support
- Create and disseminate internal communications to drive awareness and engagement among employees.
- Support HR, ESG, or leadership teams in drafting internal announcements, campaign messaging, and employee engagement content.
Brand Messaging & Compliance
- Ensure all materials align with the corporate tone of voice, brand identity, and visual guidelines.
CSR / ESG Communication Initiatives
- Assist in planning and promoting CSR and ESG initiatives, including events, awareness campaigns, or sustainability-related content.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media content strategies to enhance corporate visibility, reputation, and engagement with relevant audiences, including industry peers, regulators, investors, and talent.
- Craft platform-specific content (e.g., LinkedIn for investors/professionals, Facebook for public/CSR outreach), ensuring consistent brand expression across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams or external vendors on campaign visuals, video storytelling, infographics, and branded content.
- Track analytics and adjust messaging strategies to improve reach, impression quality, and audience engagement, feeding insights back into overall brand narrative development.
Corporate Campaign & Event Communication
- Lead communication efforts for key corporate campaigns, initiatives, and events—from strategic planning to execution—ensuring cohesive messaging across all stakeholder touchpoints.
- Develop full campaign communication toolkits including messaging frameworks, visual assets, taglines, talking points, launch announcements, and post-campaign wrap-ups.
- Align campaign messaging with broader corporate identity, brand values, and ESG commitments to reinforce the Group’s position in the market.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, ESG, Investor Relations) to amplify strategic events such as sustainability milestones, rebranding exercises, or stakeholder engagements.
- Coordinate event-related content, from pre-event teasers to post-event highlights.
