A leading global engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company, providing integrated services specializing in energy, environmental, and infrastructure projects, is actively seeking an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Superintendent to be based in Penang, Malaysia.
This is a 14-month contract role, and the CSA Superintendent will focus on:
- Overseeing the supervision of Civil, Steel Structure, and Architectural activities.
- Facilitating communication and coordination between construction interfaces and subcontractors for Civil, Steel Structure, and Architecture.
- Ensuring the monitoring and execution of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, quality, and construction activities on-site.
- Developing Construction Plans and submitting Requisitions for Civil, Steel Structure, and Architecture tasks.
- Supervising the progress, quantity, quality, and resource management of Civil, Steel Structure, and Architecture work in collaboration with supervisors and subcontractors.
- Collaborating and communicating with internal interfaces within the site organization.
- Participating in meetings and providing reports for daily interface coordination, work permissions, and progress tracking.
Requirement
- At least 10 years of experience in Construction
- At least 3 years of experience in Construction Management
- Exposure to EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or ATF (Advanced Technology Facilities) Project experience
