We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager to lead our technical support and service operations within the waterproofing products division. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance to customers, applicators and contractors, ensuring correct application and performance of the products across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Advisory
Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, contractors, and design professionals regarding product selection, specification, and application.
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance, troubleshooting, and recommendations for complex waterproofing challenges.
Deliver training and product demonstrations for contractors, distributors, and internal sales teams.
Review and approve specifications, drawings, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Oversee field quality inspections and warranty-related investigations.
Ensure correct installation practices and adherence to technical data sheets, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to provide field feedback and drive product improvements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to waterproofing systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, or building envelope systems.
Strong understanding of waterproofing membranes, coatings, sealants, and related technologies.
Experience in site inspections, material testing, and project troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills whilst able to interact effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and technical staff.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and CRM systems.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites regularly.
