Head of Treasury

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Management

• Oversee daily cash position, liquidity, and disbursement across all units

• Manage and monitor utilization of credit lines and revolving facilities

• Forecast group-wide cash flows and borrowing needs for project financing and CAPEX

• Manage short-term investments and ensure surplus cash is effectively deployed

• Ensure adherence to internal cash policies and propose improvements for cash control and risk mitigation

2. Loans Management

• Ensure compliance with loan covenants and timely submission of required reports

• Support corporate debt fundraising and refinancing activities

• Evaluate capital structure and propose financing strategies aligned with business goals

3. Banking and Stakeholder Relations

• Maintain relationships with lenders, bankers, creditors, and other financial partners

• Serve as a liaison for financing negotiations and banking agreements for GBPC and its subsidiaries

4. Financial Strategy Support

• Assist in the development and execution of treasury-related goals and financial policies

• Participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives as assigned by the CFO or Deputy CFO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)

• Master’s degree in a financial discipline is an advantage

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or treasury management

• Strong background in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial modelling

• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with broader MS Office applications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with senior management and external stakeholders
