Reporting to the Associate Marketing Director, you are responsible to:
Develop both long-term and short-term marketing plans for the assigned product lines in the related channel. Incorporate sales, advertising, research and promotional efforts required to meet current and projected market objectives.
Prepare annual channel marketing plans for the assigned product categories, including market strategy, incentive promotions, sales forecast, projected market penetration, and budget estimates.
Develop innovative and effective marketing tools to promote products in the showrooms, outdoor and other potential channels.
Provide to Marcom and Trade Marketing Teams with information to guide production of product literature and promotional activities.
Develop and present sales training programs for internal sales and distributors as well as product presentation for interior designers and developers through co-work with Trade Marketing team.
Coordinate the development of effective packaging, installation instructions, product offerings, products displays and field activities for retail promotion in the Asia Pacific markets.
Collect and analyze market information to respond to the customer needs promptly and build the market data for future strategy development of the assigned product categories.
