  • Develop marketing communication strategies and conduct programs in Indonesia to drive sales and promote brand leadership in the following areas:

    • at retail channels including showrooms and home center outlets.

    • trade customers and influencers including distributors, designers, developers and hotel chains.

    • support sales team to drive sales and promote brand leadership in Indonesia. 

  • In charge of brand identity deployment on various internal and external communication materials,  documents, stationary and packaging based on global brand identity policy.

  • Initiate and manage the annual production calendar of literature and POPs to be sure that all the brand building and sales supporting materials are delivered on time and being fully leveraged during the campaign.

  • Source, evaluate, recommend and manage various suppliers to ensure needs are effectively met at the best possible price.

  • Ensure all projects regarding creative, design, photography and production are carried out within budget and maintain a clear record of such as well as actual expense incurred.

  • Be proactive and creative in proposing new advertising/communication/design ideas to senior management to fulfill the objective of building the market leading brand.

  • Collaborating with sales leaders and their teams, manage the marketing budget for efficient and effective use to achieve local market and sales development objectives.

  • Coordinate with channel marketing team for consumer and trade promotions.

  • Manage, implement and co-ordinate communication programs and merchandising support including seminars, trade shows, road shows, events, advertising and marketing materials (eg. newsletters, local advertising, PR, marketing activities, POP materials, collaterals, literature, audio/visual presentations) as needed for communication at all channels mentioned above, and ensure that they comply with standards and requirements.

  • Coordinate with Asia Pacific regional marketing communications team to develop advertising and marketing materials necessary to support communications at all channels.

  • Monitor and feedback to Marketing and Management competitive sales and marketing initiatives and activities at the channel level.

  • Identify new opportunities and develop support programs to promote sales or brand leadership through joint-promotion, partnerships and alliances with other brands and trade associations.

  • Provide channel marketing team and management valuable consumer feedback and competitive intelligence for product and business opportunities.

  • Carry out ad hoc promotions and marketing programs to support the company’s marketing strategies and achieve set business objectives within a specific time frame.

  • Plan and drive promotional activities of other new businesses or categories through the various channels as assigned by Head of Marketing.

  • Travel to other cities will be required.
