1) Full scope (Preferably has experience managing a Solar EPC company before)
50% day to day management of existing business
50% business development / company strategy
This role will report to the director
Management:
Oversee the whole team of 10 staff
Manage day to day business operations - operations, sales & marketing, procurement
Streamline and improve business processes
Build up company's operational capability to bid for bigger projects (>1MWp)
In charge of C&I segment - key client accounts & incoming leads will be passed to you
Business development:
Originate C&I deals
Grow and expand Thailand/overseas markets
Set up maintenance & monitoring department
EV and ESS business development & strategy
2) Pure C&I BD/Project Developer
Originate C&I deals
Grow and expand Thailand/overseas markets
In charge of C&I segment - key client accounts & incoming leads will be passed to you
Oversee the project from pre sales to commissioning with the support of internal team
