Trade Promotion Management

  • Assist to plan and execute showroom and trade events.

  • Manage trade loyalty program

  • Coordinate with Retail sales & Distributors to develop & implement Campaigns/Promotion programs and track for ROI.

  • Ensure all Brand Assets used by Distributors on print and online are consistent to Branding Guidelines.

  • Provide trade marketing support to Distributors.

  • Coordinate with Retail Sales/ Channel Marketing/ Showroom designer on all showroom matters such as showroom image upgrade project, new product roll-out, new POP etc.


  • Responsible for Digital Marketing including website, social media, SEM, SEO, e-commerce, etc.

  • Work with Regional Team to design and/or adapt an effective creative and media brief with appointed agencies for a strong and insightful proposal.

  • Design and manage digital marketing calendar leverage on global/ regional and local content & assets.

  • Manage digital agency to perform according to plan and achieve above KPI for all media channel and campaigns

  • Develop digital KPIs and in charge of KPIs tracking for all campaigns and media channels. Conduct regular meetings to track and cooperate with agencies for the solution in case off-track.

  • Manage digital agency in terms of SOW and budget. Ensure high-quality deliverables that are consistent with event intend and goal.

  • Work with distributors and internal team for the e-commerce promotions and activities.

  • Manage enquiries and leads coming from the e-commerce, websites and Facebook.

Marcom, Public Relations and Events

  • Propose and execute full year Marketing Calendar

  • Develop & implement Integrated Marketing Communication plan to achieve business goals & increase market share and brand awareness.

  • Responsible for KPIs tracking for all campaigns and media channels and conduct regular review with agencies to achieve above targeted KPI.

  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Communication Manager in planning & organizing Trade events/ Showroom opening events etc.

  • Assist Regional Marketing Communication Manager to manage & track on Marketing budget, both ATL and BTL.

  • Oversee and manage all Marcom activities, ensure a cost-effective investment that requires a strong understanding of available assets and templates.

  • Liaise on regional or local Selling tools & Literatures to support Sales force

Market Intelligence

  • Assist Regional Marketing Communication Manager & Regional team in conducting Market research, analyze & action plan.

  • Coordinate with agencies to have regular reports on media and consumer trends. Tracking on competitors’ Marcom activities.
