We are partnered with an International Marine Dredging Contractor, they are seeking a Marine Superintendent for their Dredging Project in the Abu Dhabi.
- Eligible candidate(Aged below 55) must have sailed in the capacity of Master/Captain or Chief officer on Hopper Dredger.
- This role is on 66/33 days on/off rotation.

Key Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating of the TSHD movements in the Access Channels and Basins: inbound / coupling / uncoupling / outbound.
- Optimizing of TSHD cycles and priorities to minimize the overall delays and maximizing production output.
- Assigning TSHDs to the correct coupling in line with the project priorities.
- Assigning and coordinating of the adequate auxiliary crafts assisting the TSHDs in the basin.
- Supervision of the Offshore Marine Coordinators and Radio Room Operators.
- Train the OMCs and Radio Operators in TSHD operations, so they become more familiar with the impact of delays and production loss.
