Corporate & Project Finance Manager

​Financial Analysis

• Develop and maintain financial models for all projects of the company

• Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support

• Ensure track changes and proper documentation on approved platform for all financial models as per the guidelines;

• Maintain at all times an updated project approval tracker;

• Consolidated financial modelling including updating for actuals for monitoring the portfolio of assets

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

• Lead in the preparation of project approvals for projects to be presented to the board of directors for decision (coordination with other departments to obtain the information in due time); key responsibilities include financial modelling (including scenarios), credit scoring

• Prepare and present improvement recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders

• Analyse M&A opportunities on feasibility

• Support in the capital budgeting/ cash forecast and capital expenditure planning processes 

• Leading the preparation of the monthly MIS management report (collecting and reviewing data and commentary) 

• Conduct variance and trend analyses on historical results and recommend improvements

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts

• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools

• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps

Corporate Finance Execution

• Ensure that the monthly management reporting (“MIS”) is available in a timely manner

• Lead the process of obtaining data from development team, CEO, COO and finance team, review and present to the Management team as well as the Company’s investor(s);

• Ensure quarterly Performance Committee management reports are prepared and delivered by the end of the month following each reporting quarter.

• Lead and support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling outlooks.

Project Finance origination

• Origination of Debt raising from onshore and offshore lenders 

• Dealing with lenders on due diligence, negotiations, documentation processing and managing compliance and reporting. 

• Managing overall relationship with lenders and answer queries from lenders on their proposals

• Term sheet negotiation with lenders

• Coordinating & executing the necessary requirements for loan disbursement from lenders and their various transaction advisors viz. technical, financial & legal

• Advising, drafting and executing the loan agreements & addendums

• Support the Group CFO on periodic management reporting and analysis for top management/ Board
