Job Description

Designation: Machine Operator (CNC Turret Punch / Press Brake)

Department: Production

Location: Selangor, Malaysia

Role Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Turret Punch and Press Brake) to manufacture precision metal components according to specifications.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet engineering tolerances using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Carry out all operational activities related to CNC punching and bending machines.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of materials and components.
• Maintain, improve, and sustain good housekeeping practices in the work area.
• Assist in training activities as required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Role Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience operating CNC Turret Punch or CNC Press Brake machines within the metal fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of engineering tolerances and specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Proficient in machine setup, including multiple setups for different product lines and material types.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures and regulations.
• Physically fit to perform all required duties.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
