The client is a global manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom solutions. They are looking to recruit a Marketing Director to lead and own the 360 marketing function across APAC.

They are looking to improve their presence into the consumer space and D2C channel, and hence, looking for someone from FMCG industry, with proven track record into the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce function.

This role will be leading a team of 20 - 25 (direct & indirect), looking at a marketing workforce of 70+ headcounts.


  • Head of marketing responsible for the overall design, development, and delivery of and regional marketing initiatives

  • Lead regional marketing teams to develop marketing strategies that target specific channels to promote products and services

  • Serve as a key advisor and partner to local managements to set marketing strategies and priorities that deliver business results

  • Develop regional channel marketing program strategies, promotional campaigns, and demand/lead generations programs

  • Develop strategies and set directions for all Direct-to-Consumer marketing activities to build strong brand presence and to foster strong customer relationship

  • Set priorities in product schedule and work with product development group (design and engineering) to ensure that products can be launched in a timely manner

  • Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy to deliver strong growth through digital customers acquisition and retention for multiple businesses

  • Develops business opportunities for the organization by driving e-commerce business growth, customer experience and online category management

  • Develop and lead the organization’s marketing communication strategy including advertising, promotions, and public relations to support the marketing objectives and maximize positive exposure in the regional markets

  • Manage regional marketing budgets, analyze reports, and forecast trends for future planning

  • Build a high performing, highly collaborative team and inspire leaders across multiple marketing disciplines
