• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategy for Malaysia
market.
• Manage promotional and marketing activity to broaden the awareness of brand
and value propositions
• Implement a range of digital marketing and communications, content development
and administrative services.
• Build on existing market research of the Malaysian construction industry in relation to
insulation products to assess market size, channels, existing players, existing service
offers, potential customers, certification etc.
• Establish and manage product portfolio, service offering and routes to market.
• Develop comprehensive and persuasive value proposition based on customer and
market insights and product features, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our
insulation solutions.
• Develop customer-focused messaging and positioning strategies.
• Develop marketing/communications programs - channels, tactics and timing.
• Coordinate planning, implementing, and monitoring of marketing communications
strategy through various communications (online, offline and print) including social
media channels and case studies.
• Coordinate and update company listings in various trade association and local
business directories.
• Maintain a local customer database to ensure that the content is up to date and
accurate for customer communications.
• Prepare targeted e-marketing communications and performance reporting.
• Manage the company website Malaysia developing a content strategy,
updating site pages, improving user experience, and optimize in a timely manner.
• Review and evaluate website traffic for effectiveness and provide regular reports to
the Regional Marketing Manager – APAC with plan for continual improvement.
• Manage leads generated by marketing tactics including dissemination, measurement
of conversion and reporting.
• Co-ordinate the development of local product displays and attendance of at
suitable trade events.
• Manage the Experience Centre APAC as product training sources in Malaysia.
