OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Subsea Structure & Jacket Installation)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offshore Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the fabrication and installation processes, particularly focused on Production Decks Modules, jackets, and pipelines for offshore projects. As an Offshore Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction activities, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of projects within budget. We require for constructions with hard core offshore projects. Subsea structure in offshore experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage all aspects of offshore construction projects, including Production Decks Modules, jackets, and pipelines.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Monitor and control project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure successful delivery.
Fabrication and Installation Oversight:
- Oversee the fabrication and installation processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review design documents and provide constructive feedback for optimization.
Safety and Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness among the project team.
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections to ensure that fabrication and installation activities meet the highest standards.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement measures to minimize the impact on project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in offshore construction management, with a focus on Production Decks Modules, jackets, and pipelines.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale offshore projects.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to offshore construction.
- Familiarity with fabrication yards and installation techniques in the offshore environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working in the UAE or the Middle East is highly desirable.
