Product Manager
Fulltime | Permanent | Hybrid | KL-Malaysia
Our client is South-east Asia leading job portal based in Singapore with presence in Malaysia and Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering successful customer-centric products and solutions that differentiate our products from competitors.
- Engage customers and users actively and understand their requirements to help with product roadmap planning and assist Product Managers in executing the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to create a smooth user experience for job seekers and employers.
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Using data/research to demonstrate and propose feature improvements
- Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work.
Key Requirements
- 2-5 years relevant experience as a Product Manager or a similar role
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for building delightful product experiences.
- Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
