Project Control Manager
Possess a recognized Degree/Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution or equivalent.
At least 8-10 years working experience in construction field preferably within Petrochemical industry or plant environment.
Has good communication skills in, in both written and spoken, English and Bahasa
Knowledgeable in Project Management Skills.
Able to use project planning tools.
Knowledge in construction contract and computer literate in MS Project.
Able to work in teams or as independent and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated to learn and will put in the long hours when required
Responsible for the functional of Project Control Department; establish, develop, maintain, revise, centralize all the project control and costing tools. Overall support in project execution scheduling, progress control and monitoring, cost estimation, internal procedure and database management.
Establish model of project execution schedule.
Support in project schedule and progress control set up
Determine project critical path and measures.
Periodical monitor and advise on the progress and achievement of project
Supervise the maintenance and updating of document control databases
Identify and contracting resources for umbrella contract application
Interface and coordinate for work execution under umbrella contract
Develop standardization in proposal book, write up, risk assessment, formatting for cost and unit rate
Enhance project costing estimation and control tools
Periodically analysis of past and current project costing data for future improvement
Review, revise and implement the guidelines & procedures
