Based in Taiwan, reporting to the Country head

  • Drive sell-out performance: meet monthly/quarterly/yearly e-com sales KPIs. Own sales target and leverage internal and external resources to deliver results. Report monthly sell-in/sell-out result and key achievement/effort.
  • Customer Acquisition: plan and implement promotion campaigns and work together with digital marketing lead/marcom to drive traffic and customer acquisition from online and experience centre for each promotion campaign. Leverage data insights to improve and optimize Return-on-Advertising-Spending
  • Merchandizing/Conversion: Monitor local stock (sell-in), ensure product/service listing and pricing mostly updated and relevant to local customers on E-shop/E-marketplace/E-tailers. According to historical sales data and customer insights, define appropriate product/service mix for conversion optimization. Monitor pricing across different e-channels and from key competitors.
  • Customer Engagement/CRM: Ensure customer care support and live chat service (from LINE) to provide best online shopping experience. Accumulate customer database and increase customer lifetime value and order value per customer with digital marketing activities and value-added service.
  • Operation/Fulfillment: Work together with Retail Sales Head to define the most efficient operation model for e-shop and Flagship Store on e-marketplace and ensure fulfillment/service partner achieving operation/service KPIs: including order process timing on receiving payment, packing, shipment, cancellation, return, chat response and customer comment.
  • Footprint/Channel Expansion: Assist Retail Sales Head to support newly established e-channels/e-channels, such as social commerce or KOL affiliate program. Identify the sustainable operation model for contributing sell-out % to E-commerce sales goal.
