Senior Legal Counsel - Transaction Law

Description:
- Oversee energy project transactions in Japan, including joint ventures, project finance, and M&A, as well as corporate management.
- Provide advice and support for preparing and negotiating deal documents.

Requirements:
- Degree/ Master in Law, preferably in Japan.
- 2 years of experience in joint ventures, project finance, M&A transactions, and corporate law in an international law firm or company, preferably in renewables, infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, other asset-related industries.
- Fluent in Japanese (N1) and English.
