Job Description: Project Manager
•Construction Team
oExecute quality projects ahead of time and below budget.
oCoordinate and liaise with relevant authorities and permitting team for timely issuance of necessary permits/licenses.
oDevelop and supervise in-house teams for design and sourcing material.
oSupport the EPC and O&M partners selection process.
oLead the reduction in EPC and O&M costs while maintaining HSE, technical, standard guidelines.
oSupervise technical, contractual, and insurance matters.
oMonitor quality standards during construction.
oEnsure safety at sites at all times and the application of 5S principles.
oProvide transparent and timely reporting to the head of construction.
oSite visit and make site report as per request.
oSupervise material deliveries and related inspection procedures and material storage.
oManage payment requests from EPC partners and material suppliers.
•Business Development Team
oPerform site inspection & produce site inspection reports to Business Development team for new prospects/ projects.
•Asset Management Team
oAssist Asset Manager(s) on roof inspections.
oPerform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager and team members of related teams.
