Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planner to join our international clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives in the FPSO /EPCIC sector.

The Strategic Planner will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and formulate strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence and market share in the EPC sector.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define long-term goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Evaluate existing business processes, systems, and practices to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor and assess the competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
  • Analyze financial data, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations, reports, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact the EPC business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience within in strategic planning & the O&G EPC project environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
