• Supports processes, tools and programs defined in the HR Lifecycle in the areas of Training, Talent, Succession Management and Performance Management in APAC region
• Provides assistance to all functions to ensure Talent Development processes, plans and programs are consistently implemented across the organization
• Maintains and reports integrated Talent Management metrics
• Assists in creating toolkits, training materials and processes flows to support local approach of identifying and developing talent
• Maintains all e-learning programs and training initiatives throughout APAC
• Evaluates Training needs in close cooperation with Managers, HRBP and Talent Manager International
• Supports in the conception and implementation of internal Training and Development concepts for Locations within APAC
• Gathers feedback from key business stakeholders and HRBPs on Training and Development needs specifically with a view to simplify and drive efficiencies
• Manages and supports training programs to ensure successful and aligned design, implementation, launch, and marketing; conducts continuous review (Balanced Scorecard) and analysis of programs, assuring overall desired learning objectives are met
• Supports the Learning Management System for APAC through Uploading and Updating of E-Learning Content and takes care of all user related topics
• Supports in strengthening our Employer Brand, ensuring that we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment lifecycle
• Contributes to improve the positioning and the image of the company as an attractive employer (Employer Branding)
• Supports and coordinates International Projects and Change processes
• Utilizes digital tools as applicable while performing above functions of position
