A listed regional company specialize in solar, BESS and EV is actively looking for someone with your experience to join their team as a Technical Business Development Manager.

 

It is a 1~2 years fixed term renewable contract working in Philippines.

 

Job Description

  • Offering technical assistance to installed equipment and systems, such as PV and ESS systems, throughout both pre-sales and after-sales phases.

  • Delivering comprehensive technical training to sales personnel, installers, EPC companies, and system owners, covering fundamental and advanced aspects.

  • Engaging in PV systems analysis and design tasks, conducting technical-economic evaluations of PV systems, and PV+ systems, incorporating ESS and EV components.

  • Undertaking site visits to promptly address after-sales concerns and fulfill warranty obligations.

  • assisting in the management of the service partner network in the designated territory, encompassing ASEAN countries, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.

 

Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a technical engineering background, preferably in electrical or photovoltaic engineering, and a minimum of three years of experience.

  • Essential qualifications include hands-on experience with photovoltaic systems and proficiency in designing tools such as AutoCAD and PVSyst.

  • Additional expertise in using other software like PVSol, Sketchup, and Helioscope will be advantageous.

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong product management skills, along with a clear focus on customer service and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and the local language, are a prerequisite.

  • Prior experience working for an international organization will be favorably regarded.
