The preferred candidate ideally focusing on infrastructure and project finance, with a particular emphasis on Asian frontier markets.

 

The Analysts will be part of the Investment Team, providing support for Origination, Execution, and selective Client Relationship Management functions.

 

  • Within the Investment Team, the Analysts will assist in both Origination and Execution of transactions, aiding in steering deals from identification to closure alongside other team members in Singapore.
  • The Analysts will take responsibility for transactions post-deal closure and will support the Client Relationship Management team with monitoring activities.
  • This role will be based in Singapore, with expected regional travel to South Asia and Southeast Asia (10-25% of the time in any given year).
  • The Analysts will typically work in teams alongside a Director/Associate Director and Manager, with overall monitoring provided by the Managing Director.

 

As an Analyst, your responsibilities:

 

Origination/Execution:

  • Contribute to identifying opportunities in respective regions and assist in preparing and presenting early-stage
  • Support deal teams through due diligence, collaborating with transaction leads to ensure appropriate structuring and presentation to the Credit Committee.
  • Assist or oversee due diligence tasks, including credit analysis, financial modeling, structuring, and review of commercial and legal documentation.

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the deal portfolio and monitor transaction performance against covenants and impact objectives.
  • Assist Client Relationship Manager/Director in managing transaction relationships and presenting reports to the Portfolio Committee.
  • Work closely with the Client Relationship Manager/Director and Director of Restructuring on assigned transactions.
  • Ensure smooth handover of transactions upon financial close and assist Finance in following up on outstanding payments.
