- Responsible to reach project sales targets in the reference area.
- Will work closely to our customer to inflate our culture and to help him to maximize the sales opportunities.
- Responsible to identify key designers and developers of the area working in the luxury real estate and to build long-term collaborations.
- Responsible to define customer plans with our partner, based on annual and 3-years growth targets that take into account the value chain (from sell-in to sell-out price).
- Responsible for carefully prepare updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director.
- Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D.
- Dealing with back-office team of the HQ in order to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing.
