About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our client's residential and small commercial pump range. In this role, you will:

  • Build and strengthen a robust distribution network across QLD.

  • Achieve ambitious sales targets and expand market presence.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.

  • Represent the company as a trusted partner in the Building Services Residential segment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and opening new markets or distribution channels.

  • Strong network within plumbing, irrigation, water pump shops, or building materials distribution in Australia.

  • 3–5 years of experience with water pumps or fluid systems.

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
