CT – Coiled Tubing - Coordinator 

Role Summary 

  • Operates under broad direction, applying operational knowledge to make tactical decisions and oversee the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a designated Natural Work Area (NWA). 

  • Manages daily activities of staff involved in job and resource planning. 

  • Reviews and validates job proposals, ensuring requirements align with available resources. 

  • Evaluates service delivery needs for each job within the assigned NWA. 

  • Coordinates third-party services and equipment as required. 

  • Provides technical and operational expertise to deliver effective solutions for customers. 

  • Orders equipment tailored to customer specifications and job requirements. 

  • Communicates job-specific details to service delivery and support teams. 

  • Prepares Sales Orders in line with contracts and pricing agreements for scheduled and call-out jobs. 

  • Maintains effective communication with customers and internal teams to resolve service delivery issues. 

  • Collaborates with field operations to uphold service quality, employee development, safety, and process improvement. 

  • Contributes directly to revenue generation and service quality through personal accountability. 

Requirements 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; engineering background preferred. 

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in field operations. 

  • Proven expertise in Coiled Tubing operations and project management. 

Key Skills & Competencies 

  • Strong leadership and ability to manage projects across HSE, service quality, process adherence, resource readiness, equipment availability, and maintenance. 

  • Skilled in identifying operational gaps, developing improvement plans, and driving continuous improvement. 

  • Effective in personnel management, scheduling, and resource allocation. 

  • Proficient in process adherence, KPI monitoring, VDR, PM, Tier assurance, MPEA, and JPV. 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Ensure availability of equipment, personnel, and critical spares for ongoing and upcoming operations. 

  • Oversee preventive maintenance, scheduling, and assurance processes. 

  • Identify challenges, develop solutions, and communicate effectively across teams. 

  • Drive operational excellence through planning, leadership, and adherence to standards.
