Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and communication plans across multiple business segments. This role will play a key part in market analysis, branding, digital communication, pricing strategy, and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Market & Industry Analysis

  • Analyze macro-economic conditions and provide relevant market insights and reports

  • Identify megatrends and industry trends by business segment

  • Conduct competitive and industry landscape analysis (competitors, trends, market evolution)

Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans for each business segment, including:

    • Internal and external communication tools

    • Product launch and product roadmap planning

    • Event planning and integrated marketing actions

    • Pricing strategy support and market positioning

Pricing & Budget Management

  • Analyze industry pricing and provide recommendations for price adaptation

  • Lead annual marketing budget planning and conduct monthly performance reviews

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders:

      • Sales teams and sales managers

      • Technical support

      • Finance and Operations

    • Engage external stakeholders:

      • Customers

      • Event organizers

      • Industry associations and relevant bodies

Communication & Digital Marketing

  • Strengthen brand communication capabilities across:

      • External communications

      • Social media platforms

      • Website content and management

      • Customer experience initiatives

Governance, Quality & Safety

  • Support company initiatives related to Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety management systems

  • Participate in audits, training, and continuous improvement activities

  • Promote compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards

Ad-hoc Responsibilities

  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, including:

      • Campaign management

      • Digital marketing and social media

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Experience managing or leading a team is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
