Role Overview
The role drives business growth acrossdistribution, retail, e-commerce, and project channels, with a strong focus on premium hospitality and high-end residential developments, in line with regional strategies covering brand positioning, product assortment, pricing, market presence, and marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
Lead and execute the country’s sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Provide market input to support regional strategic planning and annual business plans.
Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition to dealers, influencers, and end customers.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activity, and new product introductions.
Manage sales forecasts and budgets, with regular reporting and updates.
2. Distributor & Dealer Management
Guide and support distributors and dealers to achieve agreed sales targets.
Conduct regular showroom visits to ensure compliance with display, branding, and design standards.
Perform quarterly stock reviews and manage inventory levels, including slow-moving or discontinued items.
Deliver product and sales training to showroom teams.
Identify risks or issues and work with management to implement mitigation actions.
3. Project Channel Development & Management
Generate new leads and engage directly with end customers to build project pipelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.
Track projects throughout the full lifecycle—from specification and tender to final delivery.
Ensure design intent and original specifications are maintained.
Maintain accurate project data and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
4. Market Intelligence & Insights
Track market developments and competitor positioning to identify opportunities.
Provide structured feedback on customer and partner needs.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
5. Order Management & Execution
Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations in a timely manner.
Support negotiations with key customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate order processing, forecasting, and delivery with supply chain teams.
Track order fulfillment and proactively manage any delivery or supply issues.
