Job Title: Coiled Tubing Service Supervisor
Location: Songkhla, Thailand
Role Overview
The Service Supervisor – Coiled Tubing is responsible for leading and supervising coiled tubing operations at the wellsite, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise in CT operations, leadership capability, and strict adherence to HSE, HMS, and VDR requirements to meet client expectations and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact at the wellsite, promoting strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate CT crew activities during equipment rig-up, rig-down, and job execution.
Plan and perform required job calculations and operational planning at the wellsite.
Ensure all operations comply with HMS, HSE standards, work methods, and company guidelines.
Lead the team with a strong focus on HSE, service quality, and operational excellence.
Ensure Job Packs and field documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with VDR requirements.
Manage materials and equipment inventory when acting as the sole service provider at site.
Perform job data collection and distribution as required.
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical guidance during CT operations.
Promote safety awareness, environmental responsibility, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
Support cost control, operational efficiency, and overall profitability through correct execution of job tasks.
Continuously enhance skills and performance through competency development processes.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant oil & gas experience, with at least 2 years in Coiled Tubing services.
Strong hands-on experience with CT tools, equipment, and job applications.
Full understanding of Coiled Tubing operations, procedures, and offshore work environments.
Proven ability to lead and manage personnel, plan projects, and coordinate field operations.
Solid knowledge of HMS, HSE standards, VDR, and process adherence.
Offshore experience is mandatory.
Engineering background (any discipline) or equivalent technical qualification.
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
Valid Offshore Medical Certificate.
Valid Offshore Survival & Emergency Training (BOSIET/FOET or equivalent).
