  • Develop a Sales strategy, Marketing strategy and Business Development strategy to achieve company sales goals and revenues.
  • Developing and implementing business plans, sales strategies and action plans to meet sales and margin targets.
  • Drive & manage account executives to implement account plan, which will be a combination of growing company's brand & products.
  • To Seek new opportunities / new customer / new business to support company jumping growth 
  • To build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • To be Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • To co-operate with agents to achieve sales target.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door and be face of country connect to global product team.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Build strategic relationships and partners with key account customers both direct and indirect influence customers, distributors, and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads

  • To negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with clients
  • Monitor the volume of sales in accordance with the products that are on the market, and ensure that retail prices are kept current in accordance with supply and  market trends and relevant competition
