Commercial Director (SEA)

Develop & implement sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new opportunities. Analyze and understand the market needs to identify new opportunities for growth, expansion and stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage, develop and introduce new products & services. This includes overseeing the sales, marketing and business development teams, R&D and production to ensure that the company’s products are competitive and meet the needs of the market.

Steer administrative and commercial function of the sales, marketing and business development team to achieve revenue target. Drive growth and operating income.

Analyze sales data and other metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Focus on defining the strategy of the various Segments in order to adequately optimize sales performance in each of them and reach the business objectives (profitability, market share, growth rate, etc).

Implement effective sales and marketing strategies, including pricing, promotions and distribution.

Market manage for Concrete and Waterproofing & Roofing segment

Participate in external events such as “lunch & learn” and trade shows. Represent the company at important public events, conferences and fairs.

Ensure all business activities within the team comply with local laws and company regulations and policies.

Responsible for monthly reporting according to the company’s requirement and on-time submission.

Assess and control commercial risk of projects and at organizational level. Oversee and control commercial and non-commercial risks to the business.
