Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain regular contact with key global / local developers and architectural and design firms to introduce new products, assist in selecting product, writing proposals within assigned area
- Be the liaison between our global architect/designer customers and our own sales force locally
- Be an expert in international design trends and specification
- Build trust and rapport with international and local clients to create economic partnership
- Displace competitors’ product and make brands the primary choice of these global developer and architectural and design firms
- Research key firms and secure meetings with each office to analyze their business
- Build personal relationships and build trust with principals and key designers
- Recommend how to support the clients’ needs while increasing our sales potential
- Establish relationships within international divisions and work together to ensure our clients get world class service and support
- Understand Asia strategy and contribute to our growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in architectural or design (interior design preferred)
- 3~5 years of working experience in interior design firms is preferred
- Sales or marketing working experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conversant in working cross-culturally
- Self driven, self disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Possess/acquire excellent product knowledge and be able to speak in the language of international caliber designers
