Reporting to the operations manager:
• Ensure production planning and output meets sales demand;
• Control materials inventory at optimum level;
• Set and monitor the Factory KPI and productivity programme;
• Responsible to ensure Factory assets, equipments are being operating at optimum level;
• Plan and execute the Factory investment as in line with company objectives;
• Ensure IMS procedures being implemented and seek for continual improvement;
• Ensure company operations, production, engineering are complying to local and corporate EH&S policy and required compliances;
• Work closely with regional and corporate operations for reporting and standardization; and
• Improve the manufacturing capabilities through capital, process and people development.
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
• Maintain company's information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information
• Maintain confidentiality of formulation at all times.
