- Achieve annual revenue and profit targets through effective methods of consultative selling.
- Plan and implement sales and marketing activities to meet company targets on sales and profitability.
- Secure distribution of products in the market and develop the distribution channel.
- Establish sustainable business and cross sell to other product lines.
- New market segment and to research on clients requirement and competitors products and pries (projects and commercial).
- Give guidance to local sales staff through monitoring, planning, defining their targets and evaluate their performance.
- Use CRM for all activities (client database, projects, showroom equipment and marketing activities).
