This role will support the SEA & Australia activities related to talent acquisition, performance management, organizational design and succession planning initiatives:

 

  • Responsible in managing maintaining channels and recruitment agency strategic plan in line with recruitment strategy and optimizing channels opportunities by understanding recruitment requirements, market environment and dynamic
  • Collects hiring manager criteria to define recruitment strategy to fill open positions to meet business’ staffing objectives
  • Prepares job applicant profiles and recruitment documents to obtain appropriate and necessary information to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Sources both passive and active applications, utilizing recruiting methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to identify talent to meet business staff objective
  • Interview, evaluates and recommends talent
  • Serves as subject matter expert to managers on recruitment strategy on compliance to fill positions in timely manner
  • Supports and may recommend changes and/or improvements to employment policies and procedures pertinent to recruiting function to promote continuous improvement
  • Identify staffing issues; and recommend, develop, and implement action programs to recruit and retain high quality talent
  • Supports processes, tools and programs defined in the HR Lifecycle in the areas of Training, Talent, Succession Management and Performance Management in SEA & Australia
  • Provides assistance to all functions to ensure Talent Development processes, plans and programs are consistently implemented
  • Maintains all e-learning programs and training initiatives
  • Evaluates Training needs in close cooperation with Functional Managers
  • Supports in the conception and implementation of internal Training and Development concepts
  • Gathers feedback from Functional Manager on Training and Development needs specifically with a view to simplify and drive efficiencies
  • Supports in strengthening our Employer Brand, ensuring that we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Contributes to improve the positioning and the image of the company as an attractive employer (Employer Branding)
  • Support and coordinates International Projects and Change processes
  • Utilized digital tools as applicable while performing above functions of position
  • Facilitate company’s celebrations/activities and recognition of events such as order flowers/gifts/ hampers for special occasions;
  • Organize monthly birthday celebrations and other staff engagement activities for members;
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR related matters
