Role Responsibilities
Investments:
- Lead due diligence for transactions, working with senior oversight.
- Manage financial modeling, credit analysis, and other related tasks.
- Review commercial and legal documents.
- Prepare and present credit proposals.
- Manage external advisors.
- Oversee junior team members and provide on-the-job training.
- Handle client relationships.
Origination:
- Help build client relationships for new transaction opportunities.
- Establish connections with potential beneficiaries and key stakeholders.
- Support business development and strategic initiatives.
Core Competencies
Essential Experience:
- Relevant academic qualifications.
- Structured/project finance management expertise.
- Strong credit risk assessment.
- Knowledge of lending and fixed income products.
- Financial accounting, modeling, and analysis.
- Understanding of transaction legal documentation.
- Client-focused track record.
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with export credit agencies, multilateral institutions, and frontier markets.
- Southeast Asia experience.
- Dealing with risk syndication.
