  • Develop and increase sales revenue to meet targets.

  • Provide leadership through active coaching and development whilst matching sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to address this when necessary.

    • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.

    • Train and develop capacity of sales team with organizational skills, distributors strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities.

    • Act as mentor and coach to support sales team.

  • Manage sales activity

    • Define sales targets, control actions and results.

    • Ensure that all agreed reports are provided timely and accurately by sales team.

    • Report on national sales outcomes on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

  • Support the sales team in managing distribution network.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing department in developing and implementing tools and actions

    • Animation of distributors

    • Increase awareness among architects, developers

    • Support in new product development and launching

  • Develop business relationships with stakeholders using knowledge of the industry and trends in the market.

  • Keep up to date with trends and activities in the sector, being aware of competitor activities.
