Process Engineer

Demonstrating the ability to effectively multitask, manage multiple interfaces, and prioritize work.

Utilizing process modeling software and proficiently using relevant technical computing and design tools for tasks such as hydraulic calculations, TRV relief evaluations, and other related assessments.

Possessing a good understanding of industry standards and practices pertaining to process design and safety.

Conducting various activities including the creation of PFDs & P&IDs, developing HMB, determining design pressure and temperature thresholds, HAZOP, SIL assessments, evaluating flare flame out and dispersion, analyzing consequences, establishing cryogenic spill protection measures, and designing fire-fighting strategies.

Reviewing Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRAs), generating flare load calculations, and using software such as Flarenet and Flaresim for flare calculations.

Performing process sizing and calculations for LNG import terminals, which may involve equipment such as vaporizers, tanks, pumps, and other related components.

Preparing feasibility reports, technical due diligence reports, and other technical documentation as required by the consulting company.
