▪ Responsible of the category performance (analytics of sales data and action plan to improve performance: stop SKUs or collections, refresh colours…)
▪ Responsible of product plan and sourcing / developing / launching new products / follow up sales process
▪ Meet customers and participate in event to present the range / webinars.
▪ New product coordination with factory (internal & OEM factories)
▪ Responsible to support internal sales team & distributors = Main point of contact for all questions related to the category including technical questions / installation / maintenance
▪ In relationship with designers, give instructions for the development of marketing materials related to this category (sample cards / presentation / digital content / USPs …)
▪ Develop Market studies and comprehensive benchmark.
▪ In charge of handling Quality Claims for these products
▪ In charge of Master-data for the category (creating new SAP codes and maintaining data in SAP)
