  • This role report directly to Head of Sales.
  • Work closely with cross-team members to define the solution offering and value propositions to maximise win probability in each and every opportunity.
  • Build deep and trusted business relationships with client to seed and grow future opportunities.

Accounts Management

  • Effective closing of sales and enabling order fulfilment for new and existing customers.
  • Understanding clients’ need and customize proposal/quotation accordingly to their needs.
  • Handle Sales Enquiries from ID, QS, Purchasers and developers.
  • Actively source for new customers and bring new opportunities to meet companies target and growth or acquire new clients & maintain existing customers.

This individual plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic business decision through forecasting, manage and understand the entire project sales life cycle i.e. initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

  • Prepare, make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations and arranging sales presentations
  • Attend tender interviews with Head of Sales.
  • Contact customers when necessary to verify details for deliveries
  • Submission of Progress Claims upon receipt of acknowledged Delivery Notes
  • Submission of Invoices upon receipt of progress claims approval
  • Send out Statement of Account to main contractors
  • Track Sales Orders to ensure no missed or over deliveries
  • Monitor consignment stock to project customers
  • Create Sales Order requests for project fulfilment/delivery
  • Monitor and follow-up the order shipments from HQ
  • Stock planning for project fulfilment/delivery
