Project Sales Supervisor

Establish and maintain regular contact with major mechanical developers, contractors, builders, and the lodging industry within the assigned area.

Identify and recommend appropriated promotional and support material required to enhance the image of brand within the project market and new residential market.

Coordinate and implement presentations to major mechanical developers, contractors, builders, and the lodging industry to introduce new products, assist in selecting product, writing proposals, specifications and obtaining approval of products.

Work with local government authorities and inspectors to assure specific local approvals, listings or product standard tests.

Prepare and maintain required reports and forms related to daily sales activities, expenses, correspondence, etc.

Coordinate and administer sales support materials, i.e. audio-visual equipment, literature, displays, product samples, catalogs and other sales materials
