Regional Finance Manager

Monitor performance through monthly management accounts for regional subsidiaries;

Consolidate financial results across regional subsidiaries;

Prepare group consolidated account for external audit purpose;

Advise on forecasting and costing for regional subsidiaries;

Handle bank administration related works;

Oversee the full cycle accounting operation for regional subsidiaries in complying with the Group’s internal control requirements and procedures;

Manage cash flow forecasting for regional subsidiaries;

Review tax computation and assist in tax planning for regional subsidiaries;

Lead the regional subsidiaries team in setting up, implementation of new ERP system (i.e. Sage X3); and deliver results to the group;

Support in reviewing and preparation of information required by complying corporate governance requirements in different aspects;

Support an effective implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) operations (i.e. ISO) in the company; and

Assist in ad hoc duties when required and perform any other duties as requested by the company / group at any time and from time to time.
