Act as the business expert for the region ROA (Rest of Asia), with a strong focus on Korea as a key market.
Support distributor performance through joint business planning, sales strategy optimization, and demand creation initiatives. Guide distributors closely and set them up for success.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with distributors to enhance retail execution, marketing, and merchandising.
Take 100% ownership of sales (primary and secondary), and all related processes
Expand into New Markets
Identify and evaluate potential distributors in untapped ("white space") markets.
Lead the selection, negotiation, and onboarding of new distribution partners.
Develop market-entry strategies to ensure profitable and sustainable expansion.
Develop & Optimize Distributor Operating Model
Design and implement a structured, scalable distributor framework to ensure long-term success.
Establish clear performance metrics, reporting standards, and governance processes.
Provide training and best practices to distributors to enhance operational efficiency.
Take absolute ownership of Forecasting and Sales delivery functions.
Maximize Cross-Functional Synergies
Collaborate with the Bath & Wellness team to leverage shared channels and customer relationships.
Explore and establish new sales channels (e.g., retail partnerships, e-commerce, wholesale) for products.
Closely Collaborate with Marketing team in RoA (Rest of Asia) for day-to-day execution.
