  • Analyze the local market to identify new segments and high-ROI business opportunities.

  • Engage and build relationships with key customers and strategic stakeholders to drive growth.

  • Define and execute national distribution strategies by product category to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Lead regular pricing reviews to ensure competitiveness while protecting margins.

  • Collaborate with the ROA Managing Director and Financial Controller to set annual budgets and track revenue and EBITDA performance.

  • Translate long-term business objectives into actionable plans and contribute to the 3-year strategic roadmap.

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local sales team.

  • Monitor sales effectiveness and pipeline performance through CRM tools and data-driven insights.

  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate forecasting, timely delivery, and strong customer satisfaction.

  • Partner with Asia Product Category Managers to identify product gaps and explore local sourcing opportunities where relevant.
